Solertia is undertaking the following three programs as well as other initiatives towards fulfilling its mission. Our approach incorporates the use of an interrelated complex of innovative methodologies, tools, services, organizational structures and networks, and methods of funding.

Integrated Community Development

A comprehensive model demonstration and proliferation program is adapted and applied to responsive marginalized communities and regions to accelerate their social and economic development for a better quality of life, and to help stimulate wider replication of the approach to benefit other communities, regions and countries.

Community Development Gateway (CDG)

The CDG is to help secure unhindered Internet technology supported access for everyone, through local facilitators when appropriate, in communities anywhere to timely, affordable locally relevant knowledge, information, learning, communication and transaction services in easily understood and applied forms.

Local 'community development web portals' are intrinsic components of the CDG program.

Development Information Resource (DIR)

Under development, the DIR initiative is a global – local open knowledge database system comprised of location and context relevant knowledge and information, and to the greatest extent possible directly applicable by end-users in communities anywhere.
